Park Place is a 54 planned-unit development located in the center of Forsyth. It consists of 30 single homes, 8 duplexes, and two quadplexes for the 50 and over community. This project commenced in January 2005 and was completed in the Fall of 2008.

Grayhawk is the latest development in Forsyth by the Horve family. This subdivision consists of 110 lots for single-family homes. The development began in the summer of 2006.

A 54 lot subdivision for single-family homes. Lot sizes will range from .6 acres to 2 or more acres with the majority of building sites over one acre. All lots are in the Maroa-Forsyth school district. Construction will begin in the fall of 2009 with lots becoming available in Spring 2010.
